The Beach Boys are bringing their California good vibrations to Capital Credit Union Park in Ashwaubenon this summer
ASHWAUBENON - It'll be fun, fun, fun and beach shirts at Capital Credit Union Park this summer when The Beach Boys bring their Endless Summer Gold Tour to the ballpark on July 11.
The stop is part of a tour that kicks off Feb. 21 in Hawaii and runs through Sept. 23. Dave Mason is special guest on select dates, but the Green Bay stop is not among them.
Tickets for the 6:30 p.m. concert will go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at etix.com. Prices are $49-$69 for field and grandstand and $125 for club level.
The Beach Boys' current lineup is fronted by lead singer and chief lyricist Mike Love and also includes longtime member Bruce Johnston, musical director Brian Eichenberger, Christian Love, Tim Bonhomme, Jon Bolton, Keith Hubacher, Randy Leago and John Wedemeyer.
The Beach Boys have become an American music institution since releasing their first album, "Surfin' Safari," in 1962. The group has sold more than 100 million records and had more than 80 songs make the charts, including "Good Vibrations," "I Get Around," "Kokomo," "God Only Knows" and "California Girls."
They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1988.
