Three years after opening, Pho Papa announces it's permanently closing: The Buzz
The restaurant, which sits in the former Hong Kong Buffet building in Kimberly, cited "family reasons" as the main factor for closing.
KIMBERLY - Pho Papa, an authentic Vietnamese noodle, soup and grill restaurant at 700 E Maes Ave. in Kimberly, has announced it is permanently closing.
On Dec. 1, the restaurant took to its Facebook page to announce its closing, citing "family reasons" as the cause.
"We would like to formally thank everyone who have supported us these past 3 years, especially from the very beginning when we opened up during Covid," the post stated.
Request for comment from the restaurant’s owners were not immediately returned.
The post did not state the last day the restaurant would be open, but the Facebook page shows "permanently closed" under its business hours.
Pho Papa opened in June 2020, in the former Hong Kong Buffet building.
