The Green Bay Packers have five picks in the top 100 of the 2024 NFL draft, which runs April 25-27 in Detroit. Their haul includes a much-discussed pick as part of the Aaron Rodgers trade and an upgraded selection after the deal that sent Rasul Douglas to Buffalo.

Here's where the picks fall and where the team might get compensatory picks, though those are estimates. The league will likely announce those picks in March.

1. No. 25 (first round)

Midway through the season, Packers fans could have envisioned a top-10 pick in 2024. Instead, it's down near the bottom after a thrilling finish. Here's a look at some possible names available at that spot.

2. No. 41 (second round, via Jets)

This is the pick the Packers acquired from the New York Jets in exchange for Rodgers. It would have been a first-round pick if Rodgers had played 65% of snaps, but that ship sailed when Rodgers suffered a torn Achilles in Week 1. It's still a great spot. Wisconsin running back Jonathan Taylor was taken here in 2020, Dalvin Cook was chosen by Minnesota in this spot in 2017 and the Titans chose Pro Bowl linebacker Harold Landry here in 2018.

3. No. 58 (second round)

Green Bay's original second-round pick.

4. No. 88 (third round)

Green Bay's original third-round pick. Between Sean Rhyan and Tucker Kraft, it's starting to feel like Green Bay's "third-round curse" has come to an end, right?

5. No. 91 (third round, via Bills)

When the Packers traded Douglas to Buffalo midway through the season, they also exchanged draft picks, giving up their fifth-round pick while procuring Buffalo's third.

6. Fourth round

Picks from here on out aren't set in stone in terms of number, since they hinge on where compensatory picks will land.

7. Fifth round (compensatory)

The Packers are projected to get a fifth-round pick after losing receiver Allen Lazard to free agency to the New York Jets.

Compensatory picks are awarded to teams that lost more free agents than it acquired the previous year (the offseason before the 2023 season began). The picks are awarded based on a formula that considers salary, playing time and postseason honors. No team can gain more than four compensatory picks per year.

Green Bay had two compensatory picks last year and is projected to get three this year. Last year's picks included one that was sent to the Jets as part of the Rodgers exchange and pick No. 256, used to take Grant DuBose.

In 2022, Green Bay also received two compensatory picks. One, pick No. 140 for losing center Corey Linsley, was used to draft Zach Tom, who has emerged as perhaps the team's best offensive lineman.

8. Sixth round

The team's original sixth-rounder.

9. Sixth round (compensatory)

Jarran Reed played only one year in Green Bay, appearing in 17 games at defensive tackle. Losing him in free agency to Seattle will gain the Packers a pick.

10. Seventh round

The team's original seventh-rounder.

11. Seventh round (compensatory)

Another defensive tackle, Dean Lowry, signed with Minnesota and played in nine games this year.
